Role Description
The Business Development Executive is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving growth by identifying and securing new business & partnership opportunities in key sectors, recruitment, umbrella and contractors. Day to day activities include:

The Business Development Executive will maintain and develop relationships with new partners and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and high levels of client satisfaction. Performance will be measured through activity levels, conversion rates, and revenue growth, with clear opportunities for progression for those who consistently meet or exceed targets.
Qualifications
- Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with a track record of identifying opportunities and converting prospects.
- Proficiency in building business relationships and commercial acumen, including understanding client needs and aligning solutions with business goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present clearly and confidently to stakeholders at different levels.
- Experience in account management, including maintaining client relationships, managing renewals, and supporting cross selling or upselling.
- Prior experience in recruitment or umbrella related B2B sales environment is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in a remote setting, with strong self-organisation, time management, and CRM system proficiency.
- Goal oriented mindset, resilience in a sales environment, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across locations.
- Insurance experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
