Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Generate qualified leads through online and offline channels
  • Conduct discovery calls, understanding client needs
  • Present tailored digital marketing solutions in collaboration with internal teams

Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Managing client accounts
  • Nurturing relationships
  • Preparing proposals
  • Negotiating contracts to close deals

The Business Development Executive will also:

  • Track performance metrics
  • Provide regular updates to leadership
  • Contribute insights to refine the company’s go-to-market and growth strategies

  • Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a robust pipeline.
  • Strong Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and drive long-term value.
  • Excellent Communication skills to conduct effective discovery calls, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Ideally have experience in digital marketing, sales, or related fields, preferably within an agency or B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales outreach platforms, and basic productivity software.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
