Looking to take your sales career into a new market? We're partnering with a growing design and build consultancy in Central London that is looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to join its commercial team. This is an opportunity to break into the thriving construction and real estate sector, working alongside industry experts who will train and develop you into a specialist within the market.
Rather than selling a product, you'll learn how to identify and unlock opportunities within commercial real estate and workplace projects, helping some of London's most exciting businesses transform their spaces.

The Role As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a key role in generating opportunities and building relationships across the commercial real estate, construction and workplace sectors. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and sales leaders, helping to create and develop a pipeline of future projects while gaining valuable market knowledge and industry insight.
Key Responsibilities Engage prospective clients through strategic outbound calling and business development activity Qualify opportunities and secure meetings for senior business development and leadership teams Build and develop a strong pipeline of future project opportunities Identify design and build projects within the market and uncover key decision-makers Develop relationships across multiple disciplines within the construction and real estate sector Gather market intelligence and provide insights on industry trends, client activity and upcoming projects Manage and nurture leads to maximise conversion opportunities Support client strategy development and relationship management Use innovative outreach methods to engage target organisations Analyse sales data and contribute to business growth strategies Collaborate with teams across the business to identify and develop new opportunities Contribute to strategies designed to improve sales conversion and project success rates

About You Experience in recruitment, telesales, outbound sales, business development or a similar cold-calling environment Confident speaking with senior stakeholders and decision-makers Resilient, ambitious and commercially driven Naturally curious with a genuine interest in business and relationship building Motivated by earning potential and career progression Looking to develop a long-term career within construction, real estate or design and build
