Who we are:

ConnexAI is a leading global provider of Agentic AI powered Customer Engagement solutions that help businesses adapt to each customer's communication preferences - our software allows customer interactions over the phone (inbound or outbound voice), live chat, SMS, or social media (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook Messenger). This platform can be operated by both AI-based customer-facing representatives and human customer-facing representatives. Our team has over 600 employees globally located in the UK, USA (Miami), Australia (Melbourne), Spain (Barcelona), South Africa (Cape Town and Durban), Kenya (Nairobi) and Nigeria (Lagos).

What you'll be doing:

Lead Generation & Proactive Outreach

  • Sharing the value of ConnexAI’s solutions and how they can transform operations.
  • Identify new business opportunities in target industries across the UK and Europe through outbound calling, email outreach, and social selling.

Opportunity Qualification & Pipeline Development

  • Qualify opportunities against agreed criteria before handing over to Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Accompany Account Executives in discovery calls, demonstrations, and pricing calls.

Data, Tools & Performance

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
  • Utilise all sales enablement tools provided on a daily basis for smart targeting.
