The Role: 360 Recruitment Consultant
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing our business. You’ll build relationships with world-class clients on a global level, source top-tier candidates, and drive the future of life sciences through exceptional hiring.

What You'll Be Doing
- Building and managing relationships with clients and candidates in the life sciences sector
- Running the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing to closing deals
- Using the latest tools and strategies to match talent with high-growth companies
- Developing your own market and becoming an expert in your niche
- Playing a key role in shaping the culture and success of our start-up
What We’re Looking For
- Ambition & Drive – You thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- A People Person – You love networking and building meaningful relationships
- Resilience & Tenacity – Recruitment isn’t always easy, but you don’t back down
- A Sales Mentality – You’re target-driven and motivated by success
- Experience in Recruitment or Sales (Life Sciences experience is a plus, but not essential)
