Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The role

This is a pure new-business role. You'll identify and engage senior decision-makers at ambitious, high-growth brands, sparking the conversations that turn into meetings for our leadership team.

You won't be chasing volume - you'll be prioritising a smaller number of exceptional prospects and making every outreach count. Expect real ownership over how you prospect, what you say, and which channels you use to get through.

You'll need:

  • 6-18 months' experience in an SDR, BDR or new business role - agency, tech, or professional services backgrounds all welcome
  • A genuine appetite for cold outreach and the resilience to treat "no" as data, not a setback
  • Sharp written communication - no jargon, no scripts that read like scripts
  • Comfort (or quick learning) with CRM and prospecting tools like Hubspot, Apollo, Lusha or Sales Navigator
  • A curiosity about brands, culture and why people buy. This isn't just a numbers game
