About the Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will engage with potential clients, build strategic relationships, and support our technology client’s sales objectives through data-driven strategies and leadership.

- Identify and engage B2B customers, generating new business opportunities through targeted outreach.

Relationship Building
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring long-term client retention and advocacy.
- Provide consultative expertise to align our client’s technology solutions with customer pain points.

Sales Strategy Execution
- Implement and refine data-driven sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Participate in go-to-market planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Proposal Development
- Craft compelling, client-specific proposals that communicate value and drive conversion.
- Tailor pitches to address unique needs, demonstrating ROI for the technology solutions we procure for clients.

Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and field sales) to execute sales strategies cohesively.
- Provide feedback to support continuous process refinement across departments.

Client Feedback & Improvement
- Collect and integrate client insights to enhance business development approaches and service offerings.
- Identify trends or gaps in the market that inform innovation and market positioning.

Product Knowledge & Territory Management
- Stay current on our client’s technology products and competitive landscape.
- Manage a designated sales territory, ensuring maximum coverage and opportunity allocation.

- Develop and apply highly effective objection-handling techniques to overcome purchasing barriers.
- Demonstrate a strong sales drive to growth client engagement and exceed sales targets.
