Business Development Executive (BDE) – FX Payments Desk
We are seeking a highly motivated, adaptable, and resourceful Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our fast-growing team in the FX payments space.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Proactively research and identify potential prospects via channels such as:
- Industry publications
- Networking events
- Other target channels
- Develop custom outreach strategies tailored to specific industries
Lead Qualification
- Engage leads through outreach via phone, email, and social media
- Conduct discovery conversations to evaluate:
- Prospect needs
- Business models
- Fit for our FX payment solutions
- Qualify leads using defined criteria and document key insights
Appointment Setting
- Collaborate with the senior sales team to arrange meetings and product demos
- Ensure smooth CRM handoffs and coordinate weekly/quarterly schedules
Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all prospect interactions
- Track and support follow-ups, fostering long-term relationships

Collaboration & Reporting
- Align outreach with sales strategies and team goals
- Provide feedback on lead quality and industry insights
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Needed
- Prior outbound sales experience, specifically within FX payments
- Proven expertise in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales platforms
- Strong background in B2B financial services or payments/reconciliation sectors
Key Skills
- Outstanding communication (written/verbal)
- Ability to build rapport, trust, and lasting client relationships
- Highly organised, time-management mastery
- Thrives in fast-paced and flexible environments
Bonus Languages
- Spanish/French: Strong preference
Other
- Must hold the legal right to work in the relevant jurisdiction
