The Role
We're looking for a motivated and commercially minded Business Development Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving business growth. In this exciting role, you'll deal with new and existing business opportunities from start to finish, develop strong client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that create real value for customers.

What You'll Be Doing
- Manage enquiries through to successful conversion.
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to support long-term business growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and business pitches to prospective clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and successfully delivered.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on business development performance, activities, and results.
- Keep abreast of market developments, industry trends, and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of business development plans and growth strategies.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences, building networks and generating new business leads.

What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or a similar commercial role is preferable.
- Good understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Qualification in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
