Business Development Executive – Global Partner Expansion

Location: Cardiff, UK (Onsite – Brunel House)

Final Rentals is revolutionising the global car rental industry. We empower independent and local car rental businesses worldwide through our innovative online partner platform, providing them with unparalleled access to a global customer base. Our core mission is to foster growth and enhance vehicle utilisation for our partners by building success stories through strategic connections, not just facilitating rentals.

Multi-language expertise is appreciated and a big plus.

The Role: Grow Our Global Partner Network

We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive our partner network expansion working onsite from our Cardiff HQ at Brunel House. You'll be part of an energetic, in-person sales floor, connecting daily with car rental businesses around the world, identifying and onboarding new partners into the Final Rentals network. If you're passionate about business development, closing deals, and making connections happen... this is your moment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the sales journey: from initial contact to onboarding, you'll manage the entire lifecycle of new partner acquisition across global markets.
  • High-energy outreach: conduct smart email campaigns, cold calls, and LinkedIn outreach every day from our Brunel House office, engaging car rental companies across the globe.
  • Understand partner needs: tailor your approach to each opportunity, clearly articulating how Final Rentals can fuel their business growth.
  • Lead negotiations: you'll be at the forefront of communication, turning prospects into long-term partnerships.
  • Keep it organised: maintain detailed and accurate records in HubSpot to track pipeline, performance, and priorities.
  • Collaborate face-to-face: work side by side with our onboarding and support teams in Cardiff to ensure new partners have a smooth and successful launch experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
