Working across multiple practice areas, you'll support a broad range of business development initiatives while being given the opportunity to take ownership of a smaller sub-practice group. It's the perfect chance to step up, build confidence and really hone your skills.

It isn't a heavily pitch-focused role (although, let's be honest, pitches will always form part of legal BD). Instead, you'll enjoy a genuinely broad remit covering strategy, events, client development, account management, client retention and everything in between.

A strong foundation in legal business development is important. Perhaps you're a BD Assistant or Coordinator looking for your first step up, or maybe you're already operating at Executive level and are ready for a new challenge. Above all, we're looking for someone who is curious, eager to learn, and excited by the opportunity to broaden their experience across different practice areas.
