Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 + Commission OTE extra £30,000

We're currently recruiting a Business Development Manager on behalf of a market-leading software business. This is a high-impact role focused on driving new business and growing revenue within existing accounts, using a consultative, value-led sales approach.
- Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
- Commission OTE £30,000

Key Responsibilities of a Business Development Executive
- Drive new business acquisition while expanding revenue across existing customer accounts
- Identify, engage, and influence key decision-makers within target organisations
- Deliver engaging, value-based demonstrations that clearly articulate return on investment
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close
- Build, manage, and progress a strong sales pipeline
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and activity records
- Stay up to date with product developments, market trends, and competitor activity

- Experience in a sales role with a proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and exceeding targets
