The Role
Working alongside an experienced commercial team, you'll identify and engage prospective customers through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels. Your focus will be on understanding customer challenges, qualifying opportunities, and booking high-quality meetings.
You'll build relationships with senior decision-makers, maintain an accurate CRM, and become a trusted first point of contact for prospective clients.
We're looking for someone who:

- Has experience in an SDR, BDR, Business Development, or outbound sales role.
- Is confident speaking with senior decision-makers over the phone.
- Enjoys prospecting and opening new conversations.
- Is resilient, curious, and motivated by achieving targets.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Wants to develop a long-term career within technology or software sales.
