Location: London Contract: Permanent Industry: Design & Construction Salary: 50,000 – 60,000 plus 20% bonus

About the Company

Our client is an internationally recognised brand within the commercial interiors sector, renowned for its longstanding heritage, innovation, and design excellence. Headquartered in Italy, the business boasts a significant global presence, supported by a network of flagship showrooms and offices across Europe.

The Role

We are seeking a Business Development / Specification Executive to support the growth of our London-based client. This is a commercially focused, relationship-driven role, where you will influence specification decisions and position premium products within key London-based projects.

You will engage closely with architects, designers, contractors, developers, and investors, building a position as a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and monitor key projects within your area, engaging all relevant stakeholders involved in the buying and specification process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with:
    • Architects
    • Designers
    • Contractors
    • Developers
    • Investors
  • Actively promote the brand and product portfolio within the design and construction community
  • Support new business scoping and pitching, contributing to profitable sales growth
  • Participate in business development initiatives, including industry fairs, exhibitions, and sector events
  • Collect and share market and project intelligence, including:
    • Key success factors
    • Sector trends
