About the Role

Luminance’s flagship solution, developed by AI experts from the University of Cambridge, automates and enhances every stage of commercial contract interaction. The "Panel of Judges"—a Mixture of Experts approach—delivers probabilistically accurate legal outputs via contract generation, negotiation, and post-execution analysis. Serving 700+ customers across 70+ countries, including law firms like Yoshida Kawamura, AMD, National Grid and DHL, the platform leverages cutting-edge AI for end-to-end contract management.

The Inside Sales team operates in a dynamic, results-driven environment. Business Development Representatives (BDRs) thrive on confidence, demonstrating entrepreneurial flair and strong interpersonal skills to engage senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Development: Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities through targeted outreach.
  • Sales Enablement: Secure high-quality appointments with sales teams and drive attendance at Luminance-hosted events.
  • Decision-Maker Engagement: Leverage strategic initiatives—including cold calling and prospect research—to connect with senior stakeholders.
  • KPI Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive results-driven setting.
  • Social Selling: Utilise LinkedIn and other platforms to build credibility, increase exposure, and nurture prospects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing to execute campaigns, sharpen messaging, and maximise outreach effectiveness.
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong partnerships with customer-facing Account Executives to support long-term business growth.

About You

  • You’re an articulated self-starter, driven by excellence with a can-do attitude.
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Thrives in a high-energy, meritocratic environment where ambition is recognised and rewarded.
  • Willing to fulfil the right to work in the UK.
