Business Development Executive (US Market) | Unispace

About the Role

At Unispace, we create spaces that empower people to thrive. We’re seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our London studio and help expand our presence across the US market.

If you thrive in fast-paced sales environments, enjoy cold outreach, and excel at relationship-building that converts into opportunities, this role could be for you. You’ll work with a global brand delivering innovative workplace solutions worldwide.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with US market prospects through cold calling and digital outreach
  • Qualify leads and generate new business opportunities
  • Book high-quality appointments for senior sales stakeholders
  • Build and nurture a strong sales pipeline
  • Gather market intelligence and identify emerging opportunities
  • Support client engagement strategies and conversion initiatives
  • Collaborate with London and North America teams to drive growth
  • Deliver a client experience aligned with the Unispace brand and values

Requirements

  • 2–4 years’ experience in:
    • Business development
    • Telesales
    • Lead generation
    • B2B sales
  • Strong experience in cold outreach and appointment setting
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven mindset
  • Strong organisation and pipeline management skills
  • A plus if you have experience in:
    • Commercial real estate
    • Design & build
    • Professional services
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Highly desirable: Experience engaging with US stakeholders
