At Kalamazoo, part of Mail Solutions Group, we're looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to join our expanding team in Corby. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a market-leading specialist print and communications business, helping organisations across the public and private sectors improve the way they create, manage and deliver critical communications.
In this highly visible role, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships and developing a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals and strategic prospecting. You'll work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and drive long-term value. Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and win new business opportunities across both public and private sectors.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline through networking, referrals and targeted prospecting.
- Work closely with internal teams to create tailored customer solutions.
- Represent Kalamazoo at industry events and customer meetings.
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of one of the UK’s leading specialist print and communications businesses.
Requirements
- A proven track record in business development and B2B sales.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated and results-driven approach.
- Experience within print, communications, document management or related sectors would be advantageous, but not essential.

Salary negotiable depending on experience
