We're recruiting a Business Development Executive to join an ambitious commercial team supporting the growth of a leading consumer brand across the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining commercial insight with data analysis to influence strategy and support retail growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyse sales, market and category data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Produce insightful reporting and commercial recommendations.
  • Support the development of customer and channel strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and retail customers.
  • Conduct store visits and monitor market activity, pricing and promotions.

We're looking for someone with:

  • A business-related degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
  • A passion for FMCG and category development.
  • Great communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach.
  • A full UK driving licence.
