We're recruiting a Business Development Executive to join an ambitious commercial team supporting the growth of a leading consumer brand across the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining commercial insight with data analysis to influence strategy and support retail growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyse sales, market and category data to identify growth opportunities.
- Produce insightful reporting and commercial recommendations.
- Support the development of customer and channel strategies.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and retail customers.
- Conduct store visits and monitor market activity, pricing and promotions.

We're looking for someone with:
- A business-related degree (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical skills and excellent Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
- A passion for FMCG and category development.
- Great communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach.
- A full UK driving licence.
