BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Salary: Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE £35,000–£45,000+) + company phone

Graphic Power Ltd is a creative design, print and exhibition business helping organisations across the UK build stronger brands and more effective marketing campaigns.

As part of the Graphic Power Group, we operate several successful brands, including Rollupbanner.com, one of the UK's leading suppliers of roller banners and exhibition graphics with more than 1,400 five-star Trustpilot reviews and over 20 years of trading.

We're looking for a confident, ambitious Business Development Executive to help us develop both existing and new business opportunities across the Group.

This is not a traditional telesales role.

You'll be working with an established customer base, generating new opportunities, developing long-term relationships and identifying where customers can benefit from the wider range of services available through Graphic Power.

Many customers initially engage with us through Rollupbanner.com for a single display product. Your role will be to understand their wider marketing objectives and identify opportunities where Graphic Power can add value through exhibition design and build, graphic design, large-format print, promotional merchandise, branded interiors, websites and marketing support. If you enjoy building relationships, asking the right questions and turning conversations into opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.

Success in this role isn't measured simply by the number of calls you make. It's measured by the relationships you build, the opportunities you uncover and the revenue you generate by helping customers achieve their goals.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Making outbound calls to existing customers, inbound enquiries and prospective customers.
  • Developing relationships with customers generated through Rollupbanner.com and introducing them to the wider services available through Graphic Power.
  • Proactively identifying and generating new business opportunities.
  • Building relationships with marketing managers, event managers, business owners and procurement teams.
  • Using a combination of telephone conversations, email marketing, LinkedIn networking and relationship-building activities to develop sales opportunities.
  • Identifying opportunities to introduce services including exhibition stand design and build, graphic design, large-format print, promotional merchandise, branded environments and websites.
  • Preparing quotations and proposals and following opportunities through to completion.
  • Maintaining accurate records within CRM and managing your sales pipeline.
  • Working closely with customer service, studio and production teams to ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience.
  • Developing long-term customer relationships that lead to repeat business and larger projects.
  • Attending client meetings, exhibitions and industry events as opportunities develop.
  • Supporting clients before, during and after exhibitions and events where appropriate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
