Business Development Executive

Business Development Representative (BDR) – AI, Cloud & Digital Transformation

Company: TEKsystems Global Services (TGS)

About the Role

We’re hiring Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to grow TGS’s AI, cloud, and digital transformation solutions. This is a high-impact, solution-led outbound role, focusing on engaging senior executives and technology stakeholders, creating new opportunities, and aligning sales pipeline with strategic alliance partners (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, and others).


What You’ll Do

  • Run targeted outbound campaigns across priority industries and high-value accounts
  • Engage senior business and technology leaders with bespoke AI, data, and cloud messaging
  • Identify, qualify, and generate opportunities, booking meetings for senior sales teams
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers to progress deals
  • Utilise CRM and sales tools to track activity, pipeline, and stakeholder insights

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Strong interest in technology sales, AI, and digital transformation
  • Experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (preferred)
  • Commercial mindset with a confident, persuasive communication style
  • Highly organised and resilient, with a target-driven approach
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, alliances, and marketing

Nice-to-haves:

  • Familiarity with enterprise cloud/tech sales environments
  • Prior experience qualifying leads or running outbound campaigns
