Position: Education Solutions Executive - Business Development Academy
- Location: Cardiff (Office-based, 5 days a week)
- Salary: £24,800–£28,000 base + uncapped commission | £50,000 OTE
- Start Date: Sept/Oct 2026

What You’ll Do
- Join a 90-day structured training programme
- Learn from internal experts and external coaches
- Sell leading tech solutions to education institutions in the UK and abroad
- Build strong client relationships and uncover new opportunities

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- No sales experience or degree required
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Positive, proactive attitude and resilience
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- A genuine interest in business development and tech
- An interest or knowledge in the education sector would be beneficial, but not essential
- 2 A Levels (or equivalent) preferred, but don’t be put off if you don’t have this
