Are you commercially driven, energetic, and passionate about growing customer relationships? This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an established territory within a leading FMCG business, helping independent retailers and foodservice customers grow their sales through:

As Territory Business Development Executive, you’ll become the face of the business across your region, managing customer relationships while identifying opportunities to grow sales and profitability.

Working with independent retailers and foodservice customers, you'll:
- Ensure excellent product availability
- Maximise merchandising standards
- Introduce promotional activity
- Develop new business opportunities that strengthen your territory
Key Responsibilities
- Build long-term relationships with existing customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout your territory
- Increase sales, profitability, and market share
- Deliver excellence in merchandising and maximise product visibility
- Introduce new product launches and promotional campaigns
- Advise customers on product range, stock levels, and ordering patterns
- Analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
- Manage your territory as if it were your own business
Experience & Skills We’re Looking For
- A full clean driving licence
- Experience in:
- Field Sales
- Territory Sales
- FMCG Sales
- Business Development
- Merchandising
- Retail Sales
- Van Sales
- Customer Account Management
- Strong commercial awareness and passion for growing sales
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
- Confidence in identifying and winning new business opportunities
- A proactive, organised, and self-motivated approach
- Familiarity with handheld technology or sales reporting systems is advantageous
