Flexjet is currently seeking enthusiastic talents interested in developing a career in selling and marketing private flight services to UHNWI (Ultra High Net Worth Individuals) and top corporate customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with proven experience in a sales, customer service, or advisory role who is looking to develop a career with an organization focused on delivering exceptional customer service targeting a very exclusive high-end segment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for identifying prospective target customers through individual research and business partnership
- Act as an initial point of contact for identified prospects and explain program options and pricing (answering inbound queries, cold calling, direct mailing, events, etc.). Enter lead information in the database and send information package including Program and Ownership Guide.
- Handle inbound leads and qualify properly in view to upsell prospects to Flexjet
- Proposal generation and agreement requests
- Partner with Sales Directors for skill development
- Maintain CRM database for all contacts and accounts, including forecasting
- Provide ongoing support to new customers
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year College or university; or previous experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- An enthusiasm for Aviation or Luxury Hospitality is a plus
- Worldly background
- Acute understanding of our target audience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
Required Skills
- Able to work and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication (verbal and written) skills with the ability to self-motivate, handle multiple tasks, meet established targets, work within critical milestones with a desire to contribute positively to the organization's reputation and success
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Must be results-oriented and able to obtain a high level of familiarity, quickly, with Flexjets’ unique target audience
- Strong personal and work ethics along with a high level of integrity
- Must have the ability to work quickly, calmly, and under pressure while also contributing to team efforts
- Occasional travel required to attend events and meet clients
- Fluent in English and another foreign language (French, German, Italian or Spanish)
