Business Development Executive – Allstar Business Solutions (Knaresborough, North Yorkshire)
About the Role
At Corpay, we’re shaping the future of commercial payments with EV charging solutions to support fleets in their transition to clean transport. As our permanent full-time Business Development Executive within the Allstar Business Solutions division (Fuel & Fleet Payments), you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new clients—throughout sales, consulting, and strategic account management.
Based in our Knaresborough office, you’ll initially work 5 days a week, with the flexibility to transition to hybrid working post-training. Our team operates from 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Your Key Responsibilities
You’ll contribute to success by:

Driving Sales Growth:
- Achieve individual and team revenue targets through prospecting, engaging, and closing deals with small-to-medium transport fleets.
- 90% of interactions will be via telephone/Zoom—offering remote flexibility.
- 10% face-to-face engagement, building alignment for EV charging solutions that support fleet electrification at home and on the road.

Pipeline Review & Strategic Planning:
- Conduct detailed sales pipeline reviews to spot opportunities and risks.
- Develop bespoke action plans (short-to-long term) for high-value prospects.

Client Consultation & Value Creation:
- Deliver professional, value-driven advice—balancing our expertise with clients’ unique needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor, reflecting Corpay’s core values in every interaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re looking for a highly motivated sales professional with:
- Proven experience in telesales, B2B sales, or SaaS/commercial SaaS sales (advantageous).

- Exceptional communication & persuasion—örensions, dynamic conversation, and negotiation expertise.

- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and quick learner of related platforms.
