HONOR Business Development Executive
Full time, Permanent
Salary: £31,000 per annum + up to £6K bonus + company car + mobile office
Working: Monday to Sunday, 5 days over 7 days. 37.5 hours per week
Territory: South London
Responsibilities:
- Deliver HONOR’s product and field strategy through targeting underperforming stores, using field insight to drive maximum ROI
- Identify and investigate top sell out stores performance and share of best practices to a wider cohort of stores
- Lead, manage, develop, and inspire brand loyalty and sales performance within a cluster of stores
- Own the cluster of stores from an HONOR commercial perspective by developing and delivering sales strategies which achieve sales targets
- Support call centre activities and initiatives to drive HONOR sell out
- Network within the technology community to build a following for each regional retail trainer recognising opportunities and providing essential feedback
- Support training and sales events to engage with both store colleagues and customers to drive HONOR advocacy and sell out
- Work alongside current HONOR team adding value and support colleague’s regions in a targeted approach
What we are looking for:
- Mobile Phone industry experience
- Sales or training experience
- Event support experience
- Business Development experience
- Passion for achieving sales targets
- Full manual driving license for at least 12 months
