Business Development Executive – Technology Sales

Location: Shoreditch, London (Onsite)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (DOE)

Are you ambitious, commercially minded and looking to build a long-term career in technology sales?

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join a fast-growing technology solutions provider in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants more than a typical sales development role and is eager to progress into a future Business Development Manager or Account Executive position. You’ll gain exposure to the full B2B sales cycle, work with experienced sales professionals and develop your expertise across a range of technology solutions including Managed IT Services, Cyber Security, Cloud Solutions, Unified Communications and Digital Transformation services.

The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, engaging with prospective clients and building relationships with senior decision-makers. You'll play a key role in generating qualified opportunities while learning how successful technology sales teams develop and convert long-term customer relationships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
