£35,000 Basic Salary + £5000 Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission

As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a key role in generating new business opportunities, engaging senior decision-makers and helping businesses identify opportunities to improve profitability and support future growth.

This is a consultative sales role where you'll manage the early stages of the sales process, building relationships with business leaders and creating high-quality opportunities for a team of specialist consultants.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identifying and winning new business opportunities across the UK.
  • Prospecting, qualifying and engaging senior decision-makers including CFOs, Finance Directors and business owners.
  • Building long-term relationships with prospective clients.
  • Managing a healthy sales pipeline through the CRM.
  • Delivering compelling presentations and introducing the company's consultancy services.
  • Working closely with specialist consultants to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Attending networking events and developing new business opportunities.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns.
  • Delivering against quarterly and annual sales targets.

What You'll Need To Apply

  • Previous experience within B2B sales, business development or recruitment.
  • A proven track record of generating new business.
  • Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • A consultative, relationship-led approach to sales.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A proactive, resilient and target-driven mindset.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM.
  • Ambition to develop a long-term career within a global consultancy.
