Looking for a Sales Role You'll Actually Enjoy?
Not all field sales roles are the same.
We're recruiting for one of the UK's most respected organisations supporting small businesses. They have an outstanding reputation, a genuinely supportive culture, and a long history of developing successful careers. Opportunities to join the team don't come along often, and it's easy to see why.
This isn't high-pressure selling. You'll spend your time meeting local business owners, building genuine relationships, and introducing services that can make a real difference to their businesses. You'll represent an organisation people already trust, making every conversation far more rewarding.
You'll enjoy the freedom of working from home when you're not out meeting customers, managing your own diary, and building your own successful territory. No two days are the same, and if you enjoy meeting people and being out and about, you'll love this role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
