Marlin operates a collection of Serviced Apartments, Hotels, and Aparthotels across central London and Dublin.
We are seeking a driven, personable, and commercially minded sales professional to grow our hospitality client base by generating new business, building lasting relationships, and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
- Generate leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and face-to-face meetings.
- Manage the full sales process from initial contact through to closing deals.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and collaborate with internal teams.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' sales experience in a recruitment agency or residential/commercial real estate.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with confidence in cold calling and business development.
- Strong organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
