Role Overview
We're looking for a Business Development Executive to help drive Beeble's commercial growth by identifying new opportunities, winning new customers, and developing strong relationships across our sales channels.
This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded individual who enjoys building relationships, opening doors, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. You'll work closely with the co-founders, collaborating with our marketing and social media team to ensure commercial activity supports Beeble's wider growth strategy.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy taking ownership, and want to make a real impact in a growing premium drinks brand, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Identify, prospect and secure new stockists, wholesalers, distributors, corporate gifting clients, and export partners.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing trade customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and strengthen partnerships.
- Sales Growth: Support revenue growth across off-trade, on-trade, e-commerce, events, export, and private label channels.
- Commercial Planning: Monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and contribute ideas to improve revenue and profitability.
- Customer Engagement: Represent Beeble at trade shows, events, tastings, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and social media team to support campaigns, customer activations, and promotional initiatives.
- Market Research: Monitor competitor activity, consumer trends, and new market opportunities to inform commercial decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside the operations team to ensure customer expectations are met and commercial opportunities are delivered successfully.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
