Calling Recruiters (Agency-side) / Business Development Specialists
Do you have experience in recruiting Accounting and Finance candidates in the UK?
Strong Business Development experience of the full BD lifecycle?
Axia-Search are working with a global consulting business who operates out of the UK, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. A professional services business offering accounting, tax, VAT, and Payroll services across their network.
They are specifically looking for recruiters with agency experience or business development candidates to join their business.
- Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience and candidate/client book)
- Commission: Uncapped (Client will be able to go through the structure with you during the interview process)
- Remote Working: Work from home set up. (Have to be based in the UK).
- Equity offered for high performers within the business.

Business Development
- Identify and win new clients through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers
- Negotiate terms of business and recruitment fees
- Build a pipeline of new opportunities
- Meeting clients and attending events
Client Management
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients
- Understand client hiring needs, culture, and role requirements
- Provide market insights (salary benchmarks, talent availability)
- Deliver a high-quality, consultative service
Revenue Generation
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly billing targets
- Track performance against KPIs (calls, meetings, placements)
- Maximise fee generation through effective negotiation

Skills & Experience Required
- 3–6+ years recruitment experience (Recruitment agency side) - Preferably within Accounting and Finance.
- Proven track record of billing and hitting targets
- Strong business development and sales skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation ability
- Ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously
- Experience in the Accounting and Finance sectors
- Existing client network or strong market knowledge, open to going to events and global expo's.
