Business Development Executive (Associate)
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000
Full time, permanent role

The role
We are looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Executive to join our scaled business development team.
This isn't a typical entry-level sales role. You'll learn consultative selling, business development and strategic account management while working alongside experienced commercial leaders, supporting globally recognised clients and helping shape the future of one of the world's leading leadership and performance organisations.

This role combines business development with strategic account support, giving you broad commercial experience from day one.
The primary focus of your work will be on the scaled side of our business, supporting clients as they engage with the business for the first time, but you will also support experienced teams on some of our most valuable strategic accounts.
