Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum + 20% Bonus Opportunity + Company Car
Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5hrs/week
Territory: North London, Kent, Southampton, and surrounding areas
We at Powerforce are looking for an ambitious, driven, and commercially minded individual to join our On Trade field sales team representing the Molson Coors draught portfolio.
In this role you'll take ownership of your territory, driving distribution, sales, and visibility of Molson Coors brands across leased and tenanted pubs and bars, helping customers grow their businesses whilst delivering against channel objectives.
As a Business Development Executive, you will
- Work directly with Molson Coors, employed by Powerforce
- Manage a defined territory, executing against Molson Coors brand objectives and contributing to individual and channel commercial targets
- Build strong relationships with pub operators and key decision makers to support long-term growth opportunities aligned with the Leased & Tenanted channel strategy
- Drive product sales and distribution
- Successfully plan, sell, and negotiate new and incremental distribution opportunities for the Molson Coors draught portfolio across existing and new customers
- Utilise a category-led selling approach to demonstrate value, secure high rate of sale installations, and deliver customer-first solutions
- Maximise brand visibility through the successful execution of outlet initiatives including new product launches, activations, and route-to-market programmes
- Deliver insight-led territory management
- Develop and execute an effective customer contact strategy, proactively booking meetings and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
- Accurately capture customer and outlet data to support reporting, commercial planning, and future objective setting
- Analyse territory performance to identify opportunities, review progress, and optimise sales execution

About you
- Previous field sales experience, ideally within the UK On Trade sector
- A confident and engaging communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Commercially astute, with the ability to translate insight into value-led customer conversations
- Well organised, highly motivated, and capable of effectively planning your own territory
- Comfortable using technology and data to review performance and prioritise activity
- Experience using category-based selling techniques would be advantageous
- Strong negotiation skills with a passion for delivering mutually beneficial outcomes

Business Development Executive must haves:
- Full UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of 12 months
