About the Role
This is a primarily outbound telesales role where you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong customer relationships. You'll spend much of your day speaking with prospective customers, following up enquiries, and converting leads into sales.
This role would suit someone who enjoys talking to people, working towards targets, and being part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Follow up incoming enquiries and marketing-generated leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer records on the CRM system.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

About You
- Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, business development, or a similar role.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Driven, motivated, and target-focused.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A resilient approach and confidence handling objections.
- Full UK Driving licence
