As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in opening new accounts, engaging with senior decision-makers, and closing subscription deals that foster long-term partnerships. Start Date: Flexible
Salary: £30,000-£40,000 p/a + uncapped commission
Location: On site (Bank/Moorgate)
What You'll Do:
- Cold-call senior HR, Head of Talent, COO, CFO, and CEO contacts at UK mid-market and enterprise companies.
- Book and run in-person discovery and demo meetings.
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact to closed-won.
- Sell Via's job-slot subscription model (£15–18k per slot, with multi-slot deals standard for larger clients).
- Build lasting client relationships alongside our Candidate Success team.
- Represent Via at industry events, networking, and on LinkedIn.
- Keep CRM data clean and pipeline accurate.
- Feed market insight back to product and leadership.

What You Bring:
- A track record of hitting (and ideally beating) targets.
- Experience with cold-calling; genuinely comfortable picking up the phone.
- Confidence in face-to-face meetings with senior stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- UK-based and happy to travel for client meetings.
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Existing relationships with HR, Talent, or operations leaders at UK mid-market companies.
- Experience selling SaaS subscriptions in the £10–50k ACV range.
- Background in recruitment, RPO, or HR tech.
- Time spent at an early-stage company.

Experience Required:
- Around 2+ years of B2B or services sales experience.
What We Offer:
- £30,000–£40,000 base salary, depending on experience.
- Uncapped commission — top performers will earn well into six figures.
