Business Development Executive – Future Commercial Leader

Location: London (with UK travel)
Salary: Competitive + Uncapped Bonus + Career Development Programme

Your Mission

As our Business Development Executive, you'll help grow AGL by creating new opportunities, strengthening customer relationships and supporting the commercial team. You'll receive ongoing mentoring from senior leaders while developing the commercial skills needed to become a future Business Development Manager or Commercial Manager.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and research new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals and proactive outreach.
  • Arrange meetings with prospective clients.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers across multiple industries.
  • Attend customer meetings throughout the UK.
  • Support framework applications and tender submissions.
  • Work alongside our operations team to develop client solutions.
  • Maintain our CRM system and sales pipeline.
  • Represent AGL at networking events, exhibitions and industry conferences.
  • Learn every aspect of our services to become a trusted adviser to clients.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for attitude over experience. You'll be:

  • Curious and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, recruitment, sales or account management is welcome, but not essential.
