This role sits within the Firm's Client Development, Marketing & Knowledge team, supporting partners to grow client relationships, enhance the firm's market profile, and deliver business development and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain marketing materials, credentials, presentations, case studies, and pitch content.
- Support business development activities through client research, RFP responses, and tailored marketing collateral.
- Deliver digital marketing campaigns, client newsletters, and e-marketing communications using Vuture.
- Coordinate legal directory and award submissions, including Chambers and Legal 500.
- Plan and support client events, seminars, webinars, and hospitality programmes.
- Manage and maintain CRM data (InterAction), marketing lists, reporting, and client insights.
- Work closely with partners, fee earners, and central marketing teams to support strategic marketing and client development initiatives.

Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' marketing or business development experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality marketing and pitch materials.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and building trusted relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and e-marketing platforms (e.g. InterAction, Vuture) is advantageous.
- Highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
