Key Responsibilities

  • Client & Partner Engagement

    • Identify and steadily build relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, and investment stakeholders.
    • Conduct outreach to understand client development challenges and propose solutions.
  • Commercial & Marketing Support

    • Assist in designing and executing new business campaigns.
    • Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives.
    • Prepare materials for conferences and client events.
  • Market & Research Contributions

    • Support market research and commercial insights to identify opportunities.
    • Work alongside the team to expedite new product and partnership opportunities.
  • Internal Collaboration

    • Align with senior colleagues across UK-Europe-wide roles.
    • Learn and integrate pharmaceutical-specific terminology into commercial narratives.

About You

Ideal Candidate Traits

  • Motivated graduate or early-career professional with an interest in pharmaceutical business development.
  • Ready to grow in a commercial yet science-driven environment.

Essential Skills

  • Strong life sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, or biology background/network.
  • Excellent English fluency for written & verbal communication.
  • Conceivable enthusiasm for human health innovation and pharmaceutical landscape.
  • Demonstrable ability to grasp new technical concepts and translate them into commercial relevance.
