Looking for your next challenge?

Do you enjoy building relationships, speaking with people, and making things happen? Perhaps you've built your career in hospitality, retail, customer service, account management, or sales and are looking for an opportunity where you can develop a long-term career in business development.

We're looking for someone with energy, resilience, and curiosity, someone who enjoys connecting with people, learning about businesses, and creating opportunities. You don't need years of B2B sales experience—some sales experience of some kind would be beneficial. What matters most is your attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn. We'll provide the coaching and support to help you develop into a successful commercial professional.

The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a key role in helping our commercial team identify and engage new customers across the UK & Ireland. You'll research organisations, start conversations with potential clients, and qualify opportunities before introducing them to the wider Business Development team. Every conversation is different. This isn't a scripted call centre environment; it's about building genuine relationships, understanding customer needs, and opening the door to future partnerships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
