Sales Development Representative (SDR) – UK Seller Onboarding & Growth
About the Role
Join one of the UK’s fastest-growing eCommerce breakthroughs. As a leader in online retail, we were among the fastest-growing platforms in the UK in 2024 and 2025, and we’re accelerating our growth to redefine how people discover and shop for products.
We’re seeking a driven and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our expansion. This high-impact, fixed-term contract role is focused on identifying, engaging, and onboarding high-potential UK sellers across key verticals like Fashion, Collectibles, Books, and Home & Living.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to increase Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) for these sellers while bringing strong sales development skills and prior experience. If you thrive in autonomy, possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, and enjoy taking ownership of high-stakes goals in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Actively source and qualify sellers through multi-channel outreach (email, phone, social media) for high-potential partnerships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
