Job Description

We’re looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join us as Business Development Executives, supporting one of our leading clients in a fast-paced field sales environment. up to £36.4k (pro rata) + bonus + car. This is a 12 week FTC.

Ideal location: Mitcham, United Kingdom, CR4

Territory covering: Brighton, Croydon, London, Romford, Kingston upon Thames, Redhill, Sutton, Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas

The role:

Whether you already have sales experience or are looking to build a career in commercial sales, this role offers the opportunity to develop your skills, build strong customer relationships and make a real impact across your territory.

Working within the independent retail channel, you’ll represent an innovative, market-leading smoke-free product brand, helping retailers grow their business while driving sales performance and visibility for the brand.

This is a fully field-based role, requiring travel across your territory five days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with independent retailers across your territory
  • Drive sales growth and increase visibility for our client’s products in store
  • Work towards clear KPIs and commercial targets
  • Educate retailers on product ranges, brand benefits and new opportunities
  • Use data and insights to identify growth opportunities and improve performance
  • Deliver excellent territory planning, reporting and customer engagement
  • Position our client as the preferred partner for retailers within your area
