About Us
Superyachts.com is the definitive luxury yachting and lifestyle website and a leading independent online resource for high-net-worth individuals seeking to charter, purchase, build or refit a superyacht. Reaching a global audience, we promote a wide range of businesses across the superyacht and wider luxury industries through our industry-leading digital platform.
In addition to media and advertising, we create high-end marketing content in-house, placing us in a unique position as a true one-stop shop for clients looking to elevate their brand presence within the Superyacht Industry.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven, commercially minded and personable Lead Generation & Commercial Support Executive to join our talented team.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in commercial growth, luxury events and business development.
Working directly with the Director, you'll play a key role in supporting the commercial growth of Superyachts.com and our portfolio of luxury events. From generating qualified leads and supporting outreach activity to attending international events and assisting with client communications, no two days are the same.
This is not a traditional sales role. Rather than cold calling, you'll support lead generation, commercial projects and relationship management while gaining valuable exposure to the superyacht and wider luxury industries.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
