Education Solutions Executive - Business Development Academy
Location: Cardiff (Office-based, 5 days a week)
Salary: £24,800-£28,000 base + uncapped commission | £50,000 OTE
Start Date: Sept/Oct 2026

What You'll Do:
- Join a 90-day structured training programme
- Learn from internal experts and external coaches
- Sell leading tech solutions to education institutions in the UK and beyond
- Build strong client relationships and uncover new opportunities
- Progress into senior roles as the business expands

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- No sales experience or degree required
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Positive, proactive attitude and resilience
- Self-motivated and target driven
- A genuine interest in business development and tech
- An interest or knowledge in the education sector would be beneficial, but not essential
- 2 A Levels (or equivalent) preferred, but don't be put off if you don't have this
