A Bit About Forest

We’re Forest. You know, those shared ebikes in London that look like trees. We’re London’s most sustainable shared ebike operator. Our mission is to help cities move greener-and we’re growing fast.

We're now launching Forest for Business - a brand-new solution that helps companies reduce travel costs, supports sustainability goals and gives employees a simple way to travel across London. With a flat rate of £3 per trip, it's a smarter, more affordable alternative to taxis for business travel.

A Bit About The Role

We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to help launch Forest for Business and establish it as London's leading business mobility solution.

This is an opportunity to build something, not simply sell it.

As one of the first people dedicated to Forest for Business, you'll have the freedom to test ideas, shape how we sell and play a key role in building our commercial approach from the ground up.

Alongside a competitive salary and uncapped commission, you'll work directly with our senior leadership, Product and Technology teams, ensuring customer feedback helps shape what we build next.

If you enjoy winning new business, spotting opportunities and want to make a genuine impact in a fast-growing company, we'd love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
