Responsibilities (Business Development Executive)
Your primary role will include:
- Prospecting & Outreach: Contacting potential clients over the phone
- Relationship-building: Setting up meetings with senior sales team members
- Progressing to Client Meetings: As you advance, you’ll conduct these yourself
- Initial Application Management: Via BMS Performance, a market-leading sales recruitment agency
