Business Development Executive
🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive (SaaS Sales)
📍 Sheffield (St Paul’s Place) – Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days WFH
đź’° Up to ÂŁ68,000 OTE

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving our SaaS growth, building meaningful relationships, engaging senior stakeholders, and closing deals that genuinely make a difference in education.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and managing a strong outbound pipeline
- Delivering engaging software demonstrations and value-led conversations
- Partnering with senior decision-makers across the education sector
- Working towards and achieving clear targets and goals
- Collaborating with colleagues to identify cross-sell opportunities

What we’re looking for:
- âś… Experience in outbound sales (SaaS experience is a plus)
- âś… Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
- âś… Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented
- âś… Strong attention to detail and good CRM discipline
- âś… Interested in making a positive impact in education
