Location: Purely Energy · Warrington, WA1 1GG
Type: Full-time, Permanent | Office-based | Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00
Salary: £26,000–£35,000 (DoE) plus fully uncapped commission of 15% on all revenue generated.

Your effort sets your income. Starting on a basic salary of £26,000–£35,000 (depending on experience), your earnings will be capped only by your performance—with a fully uncapped commission on every deal.

Purely Energy is a B Corp certified energy broker based in the UK, helping businesses across all sectors secure better energy rates through our network of 30+ leading suppliers. We don’t just land great deals—we stay involved, ensuring 91% of clients renew for ongoing support. Our energy monitoring software helps businesses reduce consumption and costs beyond the initial contract.

- New Business: Generate and qualify leads alongside experienced consultants.
- Account Management: Transition into owning your own client relationships, closing deals, and growing your own accounts.

Who This Role Is For
- Recent graduates: Seeking real sales experience with proper training, quick responsibility, and a first-step into account ownership.
- Experienced salespeople: Passionate about account management, preferring businesses that promote from within and offer uncapped commissions.
- Energy account managers: Wanting to use market knowledge to own and grow your accounts with a B Corp-certified broker and competitive salary range.
Your Development Journey
- First 4 months: Focus on lead generation, outbound calling, pipeline management, and learning the energy market, supported by regular coaching and training.
- Post-qualification (once you prove your skills): Move into full account management, retaining and growing your portfolio.
Transition speeds depend on your experience and skills—experienced candidates will progress faster.
Key Responsibilities
- Calling and emailing businesses to generate qualified leads.
- Identifying and engaging key decision-makers.
- Building rapport quickly and clearly communicating Purely Energy’s value.
- Maintaining detailed records of calls, contacts, and outcomes.
- Meeting daily call volumes and lead targets.
- Progressing to own client relationships, retaining, and expanding accounts.

- Confident, professional telephone manner with strong communication skills.

Nice to have (experience preferred, not required):
- Telesales, lead generation, B2B sales, or energy industry knowledge.
- A degree—though not required.

- Must be authorized to work in the UK.
