Your role
- Speak with business owners about their funding requirements.
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities.
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
- Develop long-term customer relationships.
- Attend networking events and client meetings.
- Achieve realistic targets with the support of an experienced team.
We're looking for someone who has:
- At least 2 years' sales experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A competitive, self-motivated attitude.
- The ambition to build a long-term career.
- A full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
Commercial finance experience isn't essential. If you've got the drive, we'll teach you the rest.

Location
Office-based within easy commuting distance of Kettering.
Ideal for candidates living within approximately one hour, including Northampton, Corby, Wellingborough, Market Harborough, Leicester, Rugby, Bedford, and Milton Keynes.
A full UK driving licence and your own transport are essential.
