Location: London or Madrid (hybrid / two days a week in the office)

You’ll join a high-performance sales team in a fast-growing business that is part of a FTSE 100 global leader, well-known and respected in the market.

About The Role

The Business Development Executive will acquire new Financial Counterparty KYC customers as we continue to grow rapidly in the South EMEA Region. You'll be responsible for prospecting and growing revenue within a defined geographic market. The role will require close collaboration with the regional sales team to maximise revenue opportunities. Travel will be required to support customers and attend industry events.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage new B2B clients across the EMEA region. Execute outbound prospecting strategies including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, event participation, and other innovative approaches. Manage and convert inbound leads within your assigned territory. Lead consultative sales processes, including product demonstrations, presentations, and responses to tenders. Clearly communicate the value proposition and use cases of the product portfolio. Negotiate, draft, and finalize sales agreements. Stay informed about market trends, regulatory updates, competitive landscape, and new product developments. Maintain a healthy and up-to-date sales pipeline. Accurately document client interactions, pipeline status, and forecasts using Salesforce CRM. Leverage sales tools such as Salesforce, Lusha, and Gong to enhance productivity and insights.

Requirements

Fluency in English is mandatory, (any additional language is a plus). Demonstrated experience in B2B business development. 2 years international account to identification fraud industry experience (preferred). Minimum of 2 years of experience in data or SaaS sales within the EMEA region Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or similar framework
