Role Description
The Business Development Executive Intern (India – Remote) will work full time to support the growth of STZ Financial Group’s client base and partnerships. This is an on-site role located in Birmingham, where the intern will engage directly with the team and local market activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
- Conducting lead generation through online research, outreach, and networking
- Supporting the development of proposals and presentations
- Assisting in managing client accounts
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools
- Coordinating follow-ups to build long-term relationships

The role also involves:
- Collaborating with internal teams to refine service offerings
- Gathering market feedback
- Contributing to business development strategies
Qualifications
- Skills in New Business Development and Business to identify opportunities and support growth initiatives.
- Skills in Lead Generation and Account Management to build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective and existing clients.
- Strong Communication skills to conduct outreach, present services clearly, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to research markets, interpret data, and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems, and proficiency in common office productivity software.
- Demonstrated interest in finance, business, or related fields; coursework or experience in these areas is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Birmingham full time, demonstrate initiative, and operate professionally in a client-facing environment.
